Covid 19 I can currently only have 5 students in the studio at a time, instead of my usual 8.  Scheduled indoor yoga classes will be moved outside when we have good weather.  Please bring your own mat, blanket and any props you might need/have for the practice.  I have some props available for use when needed, including bolsters, meditation cushions and blocks.  Any props used by students will be cleaned and set aside for a minimum of 48 hours before anyone else can use them.  I will not be providing mats, blankets or eye pillows.  Physical distancing precautions will be in place as well, but there will be plenty of opportunity for deep connection.  Please use the provided hand sanitiser or wash your hands properly before and after your class.  The space will be cleaned between classes and there will be a minimum of 30 minutes, instead of the usual 15 minutes before the next class.   Thank you for helping me keep everyone healthy and safe by staying home if you have any symptoms.
